The plant simultaneouslygenerates two forms of useful energy - electricity andsteam. This sustainable green energy reduces use of fossilfuels and also reduces our costs of operations. Revenue isderived from the biomass collection while the electricityand steam generated are used to leverage our recycling andenergy related business activities.RECOVERY OF INDUSTRIAL MATERIALSWe are a licensed recycler, providing clearance and disposalservices for major shipyards and fabrication yards inSingapore. Industrial material such as abrasive is recycledthrough a series of self developed and tested processesinvolving materials segregation, classifying, drying andtesting at our recycling facility. The industrial materials gothrough key processes necessary to remove contaminantsand to recover useful resources.RECYCLING OF ORGANIC MATERIALSOur patented composting technology, ecoACT TM , employsthe unique in-vessel thermophilic composting technologyto manufacture quality organic compost in the shortestpossible time. The pasteurization process ensuresthat the manufactured product is free from pathogensand contaminants.
