CORPORATEGOVERNANCERisk ManagementAs the Company does not have a risk management committee, the AC and Management assume the responsibility of the riskmanagement function. Management reviews regularly the Company’s business and operational activities to identify areasof significant risks as well as appropriate measures to control and mitigate these risks.
