5. A half day In-Service training for Secondary teachers on April 12 th (schoolwill end at 11:30 for Secondary students). Please note this change fromApril 11 to April 12 for CIE students.6. Kendama, the ball and stick game which has suddenly becomeimmensely popular, must be played only:- at playtimes and- outdoors.If a student is playing indoors, at any time, the Kendama will be turned into the office and the student can pick it up after school hours. Please helpus by reminding your students about this procedure.7. NGG ID toilets were closed for two days this week while a locksmith wascalled in to repair all 4 door locks which had been vandalized. Allbathroom cubicles could not be locked. The locksmith has now repairedthese and we are talking to students about respect for school property.We ask that you also have a chat with your child. If your child seesanother student damaging any property, ask them to come to the officeor talk to a teacher so action can be taken. This is being responsible- it isnot tattling.8. Welcome back to C1!
