The first phase will be completed in 2015.New Capital Quay, Greenwich Reach, Galliard Homes LimitedThis project is a Thames waterfront residential led mixed-use development. <strong>Rider</strong> <strong>Levett</strong> <strong>Bucknall</strong> isdelivering Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent services for this scheme which will include 980new build residential apartments in 10 blocks, a commercial building and a Waitrose superstore.Vermillion Canning Town, Muse DevelopmentsThe scheme comprises a residential led mixed-use development of 650 new apartments, retail units, apublic library, and a new market square. <strong>Rider</strong> <strong>Levett</strong> <strong>Bucknall</strong> is providing Quantity Surveying servicesfor this project which is being delivered in three phases and is due for completion in early 2016.Phase one which was completed in September 2012 includes a 24 storey tower with 271 residentialunits. Phase two has recently commenced and will deliver the next phase of the regeneration schemeincluding 165 new homes.Vivo London, So –Stepney, Ocean Regeneration, East Thames Group, Bellway Homes<strong>Rider</strong> <strong>Levett</strong> <strong>Bucknall</strong> is delivering 760 new build apartments for this residential led mixed useregeneration project. Hallsville Quarter, Canning Town, Bouygues DevelopmentsThis project will provide a new town centre including residential, retail, hotel and commercial officespace. Phase 1 is currently on site and includes a new Morrison’s superstore and 180 mixed tenureapartments. <strong>Rider</strong> <strong>Levett</strong> <strong>Bucknall</strong> is providing Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent services.London Road, Barking, Bouygues DevelopmentsThe scheme comprises 100 private rented sector residential units built above an ASDA superstore withbasement car parking facilities. <strong>Rider</strong> <strong>Levett</strong> <strong>Bucknall</strong> is providing Quantity Surveying and Employer’sAgent services for this project which is due for completion in September 2015.Northway House, Whetstone, Redrow LondonThe scheme comprises the conversion of an existing 12 storey office tower into residential use alongwith the construction of new build apartments above a newly constructed multi-level car park. Theconverted office tower will be fully reclad. The scheme also comprises some commercial units atground floor and extensive landscaping works. For this project Quantity Surveying and Employer’sAgent services are being delivered.Lincoln Plaza, Canary Wharf, Galliard Homes Limited<strong>Rider</strong> <strong>Levett</strong> <strong>Bucknall</strong> is working on this mixed-use redevelopment in Canary Wharf providing QuantitySurveying and Employer’s Agent services. The building includes 546 residential apartments and a 108bed aparthotel.


Recently CompletedMarconi House Apartments, 336-337 The Strand, Galliard Homes,Frogmore DevelopmentsQuantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent services were delivered to provide 90 high quality luxuryapartments within a Grade II listed façade .Mill Apartments, Hampstead, Taylor Wimpey<strong>Rider</strong> <strong>Levett</strong> <strong>Bucknall</strong> provided Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent services for 39 luxuryapartments.Chelsea Walk and Goswell Road, Thornsett Group PlcThornsett Group appointed <strong>Rider</strong> <strong>Levett</strong> <strong>Bucknall</strong> to deliver Quantity Surveying and Employer’sAgent services for two schemes of luxury residential apartments. Chelsea Walk, on Fulham Road,encompassed 56 luxury residential apartments with 14 retail units. Drayton Park, Galliard HomesGalliard Homes appointed <strong>Rider</strong> <strong>Levett</strong> <strong>Bucknall</strong> to deliver Quantity Surveying services for this luxuryresidential development, which comprised 255 apartments, a medical centre and basement car parkingfacilities.Winchester Place, Swiss Cottage, Galliard Homes<strong>Rider</strong> <strong>Levett</strong> <strong>Bucknall</strong> worked on this high quality prestige development and provided QuantitySurveying services.
