Smoke Alarm OwnershipBetter performance is indicated by a higher percentage.Targets were initially set in March 2006, based on the 2005/6 outturn of 40.4%, aiming for anactual increase of 2% each year.Through analysis over recent years of high risk areas and groups, with improvements inpartner referrals and the targeting of resources, performance has improved considerably.During 2011/12, this resulted in an improved outturn figure of 72.4%, far exceeding the targetof 52.4%.
