What is the Spirit of Elijah?The spirit and power of Elijah is a prophetic anointing.What does the prophetic anointing do? It announces and declares the Word of the Lord. The prophetic is not alwaysfuturistic: It sometimes declares: “This is what God is saying NOW!” It is bringing forth the current Word of the Lord. It can be prayer, preaching, personal ministry, dreams or visions. This alsoincludes the discernment of sins, weaknesses, compromise, etc.The prophetic anointing will start to expose all things and will call for repentance.Revelation 2:23 “23 And I will strike her children (her proper followers) dead [thoroughlyexterminating them].
