After she lost control (1 Kings 18) whenthe altars of Baal and Asherah were destroyed, she made many plans to try and get itback!This spirit is all about ruling and controlling. When she doesn’t get her way, sheslanders, knives, threatens, murders, etc – anything to regain control.This spirit HATES TRUE authority -she will always fight it.She sent a messenger to announce to Elijah what she was going to do to him.“Whenhe saw what she said…”, “saw” means to “take heed”; “to consider”.The power source of this spirit is not its strength but its subtlety.
