She noted key findingsregarding policy and systems, document, budget, performance andstaffing. She also outlined the recommendations.There was discussion regarding implementation, to the method usedto interconnect with other departments, the manner in which thereview aligns with the IT strategy as well as financial implicationsassociated with past operational practices.October 16, 2012 Audit Committee Meeting Page 3
Staff clarified that some of the focus areas had already been actionedand others still need to be considered further. Staff also noted thatthey will provide subsequent contextual information requested by theCommittee.4.
