TitleThese rules are to be read in conjunction with and are in addition to, the GeneralRules for the National Lottery, the General Raffle Rules and the Easter MillionaireRaffle Rules (Draw 009).1. These Rules may be referred to as the Easter Millionaire Raffle Bonus Draw 3Rules.2. These Rules shall come into force on the 31 st day of January 2011.3. In the event of any inconsistency between the documents mentioned abovethe order of precedence is as follows :(i)Easter Millionaire Raffle Bonus Draw 3 Rules(ii) Easter Millionaire Raffle Rules (Draw 009)(iii)(iv)2. DefinitionsGeneral Raffle RulesThe General Rules for the National LotteryIn these Rules unless the context requires otherwise:Easter Millionaire Raffle Bonus Draw 3 means the process which is used torandomly select 5 Winning Tickets from all Easter Millionaire Raffle Ticketspurchased up to close of business on 3 rd April 2011. The owner of each of the 5Winning Tickets in the Easter Millionaire Raffle Bonus Draw 3 will receive a prize of€10,000.Winning Ticket means a Ticket with a computer-generated Unique Multiple-DigitNumber corresponding to the Unique Multiple-Digit Number drawn in the EasterMillionaire Raffle Bonus Draw 3 and subsequently validated by The NationalLottery.3. The Easter Millionaire Raffle GameThe Easter Millionaire Raffle Game is an on-line Game which will commence on adate and at times to be decided by the Company.4. Easter Millionaire Raffle Bonus Draw 3The Easter Millionaire Raffle Bonus Draw 3 is a draw which will take place on a dateto be decided and announced by the Company which will include all valid EasterMillionaire Raffle Tickets (Draw 009) purchased up to close of business on 3 rd April,2011 (or other date to be decided and publicly announced by the Company).Only those Tickets which are valid for the Easter Millionaire Raffle Draw (Draw 009)and which are purchased up to close of business on 3 rd April, 2011 (or other date tobe decided and publicly announced by the Company) will be entered into the EasterMillionaire Raffle Bonus Draw 3. © An Post National Lottery Company 2011business on 3 rd April, 2011 (or other date to be decided and publicly announced bythe Company) are eligible for the following draws :-(a) The Easter Millionaire Raffle Bonus Draw 3 to be held on a date to be decidedand publicly announced by the Company).(b) The Easter Millionaire Raffle Draw to be held on 25 th April, 2011 (or other dateto be decided and publicly announced by the Company.)5. Sale of Tickets(a) Sales of Easter Millionaire Raffle Tickets will begin on 1 st February, 2011 (orother date to be decided by the Company) and will end in advance of a Draw,on a date specified and announced by the Company. Sales may end before thespecified end date if the entire pool of Tickets for a particular Draw is sold priorto the specified end date.(b) No Ticket shall be sold to any person under the age of eighteen years, but thisshall not be deemed to prohibit the purchase of a Ticket for the purpose ofmaking a gift by a person eighteen years of age or older to a person less thanthat age. Any Lotto Agent who knowingly sells or offers to sell a Ticket or shareto any person under the age of eighteen years shall be liable to prosecution.6. Drawings and Division of Prizes(1) Procedure for Easter Millionaire Raffle Bonus Draw 3The Easter Millionaire Raffle Bonus Draw 3 shall be conducted at times andplaces and pursuant to procedures determined by The National Lottery fromtime to time. The Easter Millionaire Raffle Bonus Draw 3 will be attended by theDraw Manager, Security Manager, or their designated substitutes, and anindependent observer.(2) Selection of Winning Tickets(a) Specialised electronic random number generator hardware, or other equipmentas the National Lottery may from time to time determine, will be employed toselect the Winning Tickets.(b) At the Easter Millionaire Raffle Bonus Draw 3 there shall be randomly selected5 Winning Tickets and reserves from all valid Easter Millionaire Raffle Ticketspurchased for the Easter Millionaire Raffle Draw (Draw 009) which werepurchased up to close of business on 3 rd April, 2011 (or other date to bedecided and publicly announced by the Company) in accordance with theGeneral Raffle Rules, the Easter Millionaire Raffle Rules, Procedure for theEaster Millionaire Raffle Bonus Draw 3 and these Game Rules.(3) Categories of PrizesFixed prize values in the Easter Millionaire Raffle Bonus Draw 3 will be asfollows:5 prizes of €10,000 eachEaster Millionaire Raffle Bonus Draw 3 Rules (Raffle Draw 009) Page 5 of 7Issue 1 Jan-11

© An Post National Lottery Company 2011(4) Results(a) The results of each Draw may be displayed by Lotto Agents in their premises assoon as practicable after the Easter Millionaire Raffle Bonus Draw 3, may beissued to the national media, will be published on The National Lottery’swebsite and may also be published in such other manner as The NationalLottery may from time to time determine.(b) The information displayed and disseminated will be :(i) The date of the Easter Millionaire Raffle Bonus Draw 3;(ii) The Winning Ticket Numbers;(iii) The amount payable to each prize winner;(iv) Such other information as The National Lottery may from time to timedetermine.(5) Determination of Prize ClaimsThe determination of prize claims and validation of prizes shall be subject to therequirements of the Easter Millionaire Raffle Bonus Draw 3 Rules.7. Payment of PrizesAll Prizes may be available for payment on the day following the Easter MillionaireRaffle Bonus Draw 3 in accordance with the Easter Millionaire Raffle Bonus Draw 3Rules.8. Claiming a Prize(1) Prize ValidationPrizes will be paid by cheque and may only be claimed at National LotteryHeadquarters in accordance with the Company’s validation tests and prize claimprocedures. Tickets, which are valid for the Easter Millionaire Raffle Draw (Draw009), will be returned to the Player along with his prize payment.(2) Time Limit on ClaimsAll prizes must be claimed within 90 days from the date of the Easter MillionaireRaffle Draw (Draw 009). Any prize not claimed within the 90 day period in themanner specified in these Rules and the General Raffle Rules shall be forfeited andthe unclaimed prize money shall be allocated to future National Lottery Games.9. General(a) The National Lottery's decisions and judgements in respect to the determinationof a winning Ticket or of any other dispute arising from the payment or awardingof prizes shall be final and binding upon all Players and any other person orpersons concerned for any reason with these matters unless otherwise providedby law and these Rules and the General Raffle Rules. © An Post National Lottery Company 2011(b) Where the context so requires, in these game rules, the neuter gender shallinclude the feminine or masculine gender and vice versa, the feminine gendershall include the masculine gender and vice-versa and the singular shallinclude the plural and vice-versa.10. Decisions of National Lottery BindingAll decisions of The National Lottery concerning the Easter Millionaire Raffle BonusDraw 3, including decisions as to the validity of Tickets, the identity of the bearer ofany Ticket, the determination of prize winners, the amount and category of prizemoney, the interpretation, application, meaning and effect of these rules, theGeneral Raffle Rules and The National Lottery's validation tests and proceduresshall be final and binding on all Players, and any other person or persons concernedfor any reason with these matters.Easter Millionaire Raffle Bonus Draw 3 Rules (Raffle Draw 009) Page 7 of 7Issue 1 Jan-11
