5. AN INTEGRATED FUTUREThe parallel progression of the Bay Campus and investment in the Park Campus will help to achieve parity of experience and quality of environmentand public realm across the University. It will support the delivery of integrated, versatile and fit for purpose facilities for the clusters around theSchool of Engineering, School of Medicine and the Computer Science as shown in Figure 3 below. Park and Bay Campus location planFigure: 4Following the implementation of this strategy and thecompletion of Phase One of the Bay Campus, thecombined estate will comprise circa 123,000m² GIA(c. 98,500m² NIA).
