In turn the Universityneeds a modern estate which will underpin and contribute to the fulfilment of that vision.The Swansea University Estate Strategy covers the next six years to 2016 for allexisting and proposed sites. Its central purpose is to enable and support thedelivery of the University’s strategic objectives, deliver parity of experienceand provide a consolidated, fit for purpose and sustainable estate.07
