He also handled several appeals of suchdisputes. He has litigated hundreds of cases in California and other states over 38 years in practicerepresenting a wide variety of individual clients including homeowners and executives as well asinstitutional clients such as banks, financial service firms, computer manufacturers, government entities,real estate developers, public utilities, automobile manufacturers, hospitals, universities, maritime firms,corporate trustees, and insurers. Many of these were mediated, arbitrated or otherwise resolved bysettlement where Mr. Schrey was lead counsel.He was admitted to practice in California in 1974 and is also admitted to the Ninth Circuit Court ofAppeals and all the federal courts of California. He has been also admitted pro hac vice in numerouscourts around the United States.
