He also handled several appeals <strong>of</strong> suchdisputes. He has litigated hundreds <strong>of</strong> cases in California and other states over 38 years in practicerepresenting a wide variety <strong>of</strong> individual clients including homeowners and executives as well asinstitutional clients such as banks, financial service firms, computer manufacturers, government entities,real estate developers, public utilities, automobile manufacturers, hospitals, universities, maritime firms,corporate trustees, and insurers. Many <strong>of</strong> these were mediated, arbitrated or otherwise resolved bysettlement where Mr. Schrey was lead counsel.He was admitted to practice in California in 1974 and is also admitted to the Ninth Circuit Court <strong>of</strong>Appeals and all the federal courts <strong>of</strong> California. He has been also admitted pro hac vice in numerouscourts around the United States.
