The building palate is simple; corrugatedcement panels, hard-troweled stucco,and warehouse style windows all sit on aconcrete base that grounds the building.Though situated in an urban area, eachfaçade of the building faces open spaceand has distinctive qualities, none of whichidentify any façade as a ‘back side’. Largeoven flues, an outdoor fireplace, brightred awnings, and recognizable signage allaccent the various elevations, giving eacha distinctive identity that responds to itsimmediate environment.EHDD 23
