ExpensesThe Parks Conservancy’s initial budget includes the following expenses:six new staff positions, exhibition and public programming consultantfees, marketing and public relations, administration, and buildingmaintenance. The staffing plan also assumes significant publicprogramming contributions from partners, advisors, existing Conservancystaff and Crissy Field Center staff and interns.Partnership with the Presidio TrustThe Parks Conservancy proposes a partnership with the Presidio Trust, notonly in terms of programming but also in terms of operations cost-sharing.Under its proposed operational funding strategy, the Conservancyenvisions an exemption from the Service District Charge in the initialyears and requests that the Presidio Trust provide an in-kind contributionfor landscape maintenance.16
