Preferred Residences members can use their exchangeprivilege to visit extraordinary properties in the world’s mostdesirable destinations.• Owners of vacation time at a Preferred Residences resort candeposit accommodations for future use or await exchangeconfirmation before relinquishing their accommodations.• Weekly accommodations at Preferred Residences resorts areconverted to points values based on unit configuration, theseason of the time relinquished, and the deposit lead time.• Points allocated to weekly accommodations are available fortravel from one year prior to two years after the check-in date.This provides a three-year travel window.• The points-based exchange program offers the flexibility tomake the best use of members’ vacation time.• Personalized concierge-style service — including a courtesycall prior to finalizing exchange accommodations — ensuresacceptability.Preferred Concierge ServicesSophisticated travelers have come to expect service that is efficient,reliable, and skillfully delivered.
