Consumables to be supplied by Contractor : NilThe deduction of sales tax shall be done as per the rules prevailingfrom time to time.020304050607080910111213Proper safety precautions should be taken during the execution of thework.The representative must be present during the execution of the work.Proper work permit has to be taken from the concerned engineer beforestarting of work.Safety of the workman will be the responsibility of the contractor.Height passes are to be arranged whenever required.The agency may have to work in some other area of sinter plant, which isnot covered in his scope of the work. Payments for such job will bemade as per the rate in bill of quantity for the work done.As most of the equipment in sinter plant is moving machinery it will notbe safe for ladies to work in these areas. No ladies are allowed inthose areas.All the workers of the contractor must wear ISI marked safety appliances(which are to be provided by the contractor) on the job as per safetynorms.Contractor should obtain proper shut down in prescribed format beforestarting the job on conveyors and equipment.Workers should not touch any running equipment and also should not crossunderneath the running/stopped conveyors.In case of any accident the contractor should immediately inform it tothe concerned area in-chargeWhile working at heights safety belt to be use.Safety Clause :The contractor shall ensure usage of ISI marked regulators, Hoses,nozzles, cutting torches, welding holders and cables for the cutting andwelding works.
