If you encounter any difficulties with the terminologyused, however, you will find it useful to refer to a legal dictionary, which will explain themeaning <strong>of</strong> legal words and phrases in plain English. Mozley and Whitley’s <strong>Law</strong> Dictionary (12thedition 2001) by Butterworths is very helpful, and can be purchased through Hammicks LegalBookshops.
