Please readthese documents carefully before doing so, paying particular attention to the prioritiesthat have been set for the call.All enquiries must be made by e-mail only to :empl-vp-2012-012@ec.europa.eu- Please do not telephone -13.3.Evaluation of proposals and notification of applicantorganisations/institutionsApplications will be examined by an Evaluation Committee, which will meet at theearliest possible date following the deadline for submission indicated in sections 12and 13.2. Only proposals, which satisfy the eligibility and the selection criteria, will beassessed against the award criteria. The Evaluation Committee will draw up a list ofproposals recommended for funding.Rejected applicationsThe Commission will notify unsuccessful applicant organisations/institutions in writingafter the conclusion of the work by the Evaluation Committee. Requests concerningthe progress of dossiers sent prior to the conclusion of this time period will not beanswered.Selected applicationsSuccessful applicant organisations/institutions will also be notified in writing. They willreceive by separate mail two original copies of the grant agreement for acceptanceand signature. Both of these copies must be sent back to the Commission, which willthen return one copy to selected applicant organisations/institutions when they havebeen signed by both parties.August 2012 18
