Commingling of Restricted Data (RD) and Formerly RestrictedData (FRD) with Information Classified under the OrderTo the extent practicable, the commingling in the same document of RD or FRD with informationclassified under the Order should be avoided. When it is not practicable to avoid suchcommingling, the marking requirements in the Order and the Directive, as well as the markingrequirements in 10 C.F.R. Part 1045, Nuclear Classification and Declassification, must befollowed.For commingled documents, the “Declassify On” line shall not include a declassification date orevent and shall instead be annotated with “Not Applicable (or N/A) to RD/FRD portions” and “Seesource list for NSI portions.” The source list, as described in 32 C.F.R.
