33ARBA Convention Show Rules39. On Monday, October 21, 2013, open and youth judging will begin at 7:00 AM.40. No person, other than show officials, judges, and clerks will be allowed behind the judgingtables during the judging.41. A coop locked or tied at the time of judging will result in the animal being scratched.42. Mid-Atlantic Rabbit & Cavy Shows reserves the right to substitute, remove or add judges,as deemed necessary.Checkout43. Check-out will begin at 6:00 AM, Wednesday, October 23, 2013at the designated checkoutarea. Exhibitors are to pick up check-out packets containing paperwork, remark cards, ribbons,legs and copy of the entry. Be prepared to show sales slips to the committee in charge.44. No animal, whether a regular entry or brought for drawings, youth contests, display or anyother reason shall be removed from the showroom before 6:00 AM on Wednesday, October 31,2013. Any exceptions must have written permission for early release from the ARBA ConventionGrievance Committee. Mid-Atlantic Rabbit & Cavy Shows personnel do not have the authorityto grant such requests. Any requests must be on an official form to the Convention GeneralChairman and filed at the secretary's office. Any exhibitor found violating the release time willforfeit any and all awards won at the convention. In addition, such person shall forfeit the rightto exhibit at the following year's ARBA Convention and Show per ARBA show rules. Any animal remaining after this time becomes the property of Mid-Atlantic Rabbit & CavyShows.46. Remove all attachments from cooping.47. Mid-Atlantic Rabbit & Cavy Shows personnel strongly suggest that all rabbits be checkedand double-checked to make sure all exhibits going home are the correct animals.
