Open Arts & Crafts ContestEligibility – Open to any ARBA member.Rules:• Exhibits must feature a topic related to rabbits or cavies or feature a rabbit or cavy in theirdesign or use.• They must occupy a space no larger than 24 inches deep and 30 inches wide. Crafts maynot weigh more than 25 pounds.• You may send your entries with someone else if you cannot attend the Convention.• Photography is limited to 3 entries per exhibitor.• Entry fee is $3.00 each item.• All work must be done by the exhibitor and never entered before at any ARBA sanctionedshow.• Entries due - same as rabbits• Put your name on every item entered (on the back if possible)• Awards: First through third place in each class, Best in Show and Reserve in Show.• Entries accepted Sunday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM• Entries must be picked up on Tuesday 12:00: PM -3:00 PM.• No early release• Any craft entry left in the showroom after the conclusion of the 2013 ARBA Conventionwill become the property of MARCS.• Send Entry to:Connie Hutchinson 1010 James Ave. Ephrata, Pa. 17522• Make checks payable to MARCS• Do not send Arts & Craft entries with rabbit entries.Classes1. Items may be knitted, crochet, felted or woven2. Photography - Single Photo – Color, Black N White, Digital. Photos should be in a freestanding frame without breakable glass. No larger than 11X143. Jewelry –earrings, necklace, brooch, any other4. Drawing/Painting Chalk, pencil, Ink, Mixed, Pastel Acrylic, Oil, watercolor any other5. Sculpture /Carving – Ceramic, Glass metal, Mixed, paper Mache, Plaster Soap Stone,Wood, Pottery, any other6. Printmaking – Engraving, Etching, Lithograph, Silk Screen, Wood, Block, any other7. Clothing (made by the exhibitor)8. Sewing – any non-wear-able item puppets, pillow case, stuffed animal any other.9. Needle work- Latch Hook, Knitting , Crocheting ,Cross stitch, Quilting, Embroidery, anyother any other10.
