<strong>Catholic</strong> <strong>High</strong> Announces Two New ProgramsMedical Exploration Program<strong>The</strong> Medical Exploration Program allows youngwomen to explore rigorous, directed content in themedical sciences, not available in most high schoolenvironments. Students experience content similarto undergraduate classes directed at studentsentering health pr<strong>of</strong>essions.Visual & Performing ArtsProgram<strong>Catholic</strong> <strong>High</strong> is pleased to <strong>of</strong>fer a four-year concentrationin one <strong>of</strong> the performing arts: art, band, choir,piano, or orchestra. <strong>The</strong> four-year course <strong>of</strong> studyrequires graduated levels in the selected subject area.By <strong>of</strong>fering a mix <strong>of</strong> full-year as well as semestercourses, we are able to provide MEP students witha wide variety <strong>of</strong> experiences during the three-yearperiod.Through a combination <strong>of</strong> course work, fieldexperiences, and speakers, students will explorea wide variety <strong>of</strong> college majors and post-collegecareers.<strong>The</strong> program includes establishing partnerships withlocal hospitals and health care providers.
