This funcomical musical is afirst for the FraserCoast, Mrs DesireeMcGann has beenasked tochoreograph the2011 musical and islooking for dancers(age 10 and up)who are energeticand have a love forthe theatre.Come along to theinformation nightand sign‐up forauditions. Auditiondates and times willbe notified on thenight.The Music Department has been moving at full steam towardsthe end of Term and it has been great to see parentssupporting their children where they are able. This week theMiddle College band performed the Deep Purple classic ‘Smokeon the Water’ with rapturous applause. On Friday JordanStorrs will be singing ‘You Raise Me Up’ and Tiffany Peters willsing ‘Hallelujah’ as part of the Valedictory celebrations.Next week the Christmas choir will be performing for some ofthe residents at Yaralla Place before their big concert at theAnglican Church on Friday 26 th starting at 9.00 am. They will betaking part on the traditional ‘9 Lessons of Carols’ service. Ihope as many of you as possible can join us – and bring alongyour singing voices!!Next year as well as our current instrumental teachers, we arelooking to include a specialist bass guitar and contemporaryvocal teachers.
