WIPO reserves the right to change the prices of itsproducts at any time. WIPO publications are available at adiscount for government units, universities, national libraries,and booksellers. These discounts are not applied to ordersreceived through the ebookshop.ShippingWIPO offers two shipping options for the transportation ofits products.The regular mail option costs 20% of the price of paperpublications and 10% of the price of CDs.The priority mail option costs 40% of the price of paperpublications and 20% of the price of CDs. This optionis faster than regular mail and more reliable for somedestinations.Clients who wish to use their own account with anexpress shipping company (such as Federal Express orDHL) may do so by providing WIPO with the shippingcompany name and their account number. These clientswill be billed for the shipping costs according to theagreement they have with the shipping company. WIPOis in no way responsible or involved with the amountcharged, and for any delays in the delivery.SubscriptionsAll WIPO journals have yearly subscriptions starting inJanuary and ending in December. If a client decides tosubscribe to a journal in the middle of the year, all the backissues for that year will be sent and the amount charged forthe full year. No refunds are made for cancellations.Standing OrdersPublications marked “Updated regularly” and “UpdatingService” are considered standing orders.
