Themassive grey pennant stone structure,with its 6 segmental archways terminatesviews looking south down Sea Mills Lane.6.3.8 Sea Mills Farmhouse is one of the oldestbuildings within the Conservation Area, andthe only building to predate 1920 withinthe Garden Suburb itself. The buildingdates back to the early 18 th century, thoughit has later additions.Figure 33: Riverside House, 79 Sea Mills Lane6.3.10 Sea Mills Junior School, Riverleazeby Alfred Oaten. First block opened1928, a second block opened in 1931,contemporary with the building of theGarden Suburb. The architecture reflectsand complements that of Sea Mills, beinga simple, mostly unornamented, neo-Georgian style.
