TERMS AND CONDITIONS,Annexure-"A"1. The date of contracts shall be effective and valid for one year from the date ofacceptance of rates/ contracts. In case vehicle goes outside Delhi, nothing would bepaid extra for journey other than night halt charges at the rates of~. 100/- (RupeesOne Hundred Only) per night.2. There may be some plus and minus on account of hours and KM to be run by vehicleevery day. Finally it would be adjusted at the end of the every month after overallrunning of vehicle shall be calculated 240 Hour/ 2400KM per month.3. Hiring charges shall be for 08 (Eight) Hours per day.4. The payments on account of extra mileage over and above the limit enumerated asabove shall be paid as per the rate quoted by the agency.5. The above paid rates shall be inclusive of fuels (Diesel/ Petrol/ CNG) Driver and otherpropelling charges.6. The firm is bound to provide well maintained vehicle & registered with the RTO.Vehicle should be made available at a short notice any time any day.7. Driver deployed should be well behaved and well versed with the roads of NCR region& having valid license for driving the vehicle.8. Vehicle and Driver shall not be changed frequently on any occasion without priorIntimation and permission of Competent Authority.9. If the vehicle misses any day and does not reach at duty point, then the deduction willbe made at the rate of double the rate quoted by agency for per day.LO. The competent authority have a fuil rights to terrrunate contracts if the services arenot found satisfactory With a notice period of 15 Days.11. The vehicle should be latest model and not more than three year old. The above ratesshould be valid for at least 30 days from the date of submission of the quotations.12. The supplier has to make some alternate arrangement of other vehicle in case ofservicinq/ maintenance of original vehicle.13. Milo meter of taxi should always be in working conditions and as per regulation ofappropriate Transport Authority.14. Income taxi VAT ete. will be deducted as per applicable rules. Nothing will be paid onaccount of Increase of fuel charges and local taxes during the contract period.1':J. Ually metu reading will be recorded at time arrival and departure.16. The services of vehicle shall be provided to the Supenntendrnq Enqineei (C), MetroCircle, CCW, AIR, Soochna Bhawan, New Delhi. ..17. The agency will submit the registered certificate of Taxi alongwith the quotationwithheld with the agency.18. The agency who do not fulfill the above requirement will summarily rejected.PTQ.'
----2----The quotation should be submitted by the agencies in sealed cover addressed to theExecutive Engineer (C), CCW, AIR, Metro Div-II, <strong>Radio</strong> Colony, Kingsway Camp,Delhi - 110009 on or before 28.05.2012 up to 3:00 PM. Envelope should be superscribed that the "Quotation for Hiring of Vehicle".The quotation will be opened by the Competent Authority in the office of the ExecutiveEngineer (C), CCW, AIR, Metro Div-II, <strong>Radio</strong> Colony, Kingsway Camp, Delhi - 110009 at3:30PM on 28.05.2012 in the presence of the agencies or their authorized representativechoose to attend.The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all the quotation or partsof items without assigning any reason thereof.EXEkNGINEER(<strong>CIVIL</strong>)
