II47 L.R.O. 1991 <strong>Proceeds</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Crime</strong> CAP. 143(4(b)(c)(4a production order has been made in respect <strong>of</strong> thedocument and has not been complied with;a production order in respect <strong>of</strong> the document would beunlikely to be effective because there are reasonablegrounds to suspect that such a production order would notbe complied with;the document involved cannot be identified or describedwith sufficient particularity to enable a production order tobe made in respect <strong>of</strong> the document;it is not practicable to communicate with any personhaving the power to grant entry to the premises; or(4cf)entry to the premises will not be granted unless a warrantis produced; orthe investigation for the purposes <strong>of</strong> which the applicationis made might be seriously prejudiced unless the police<strong>of</strong>ficer is granted immediate access to the documentwithout notice <strong>of</strong> any person.(4) A Judge shall not issue a search warrant under subsection(2) unless(a) the applicant or some other person has given the Judge,either orally or by affidavit, any further information thatthe Judge requires concerning the grounds on which thesearch warrant is sought; and(b) the Judge is satisfied that there are reasonable grounds forissuing the search warrant.(5) A search warrant issued under this section shall state(a) the purpose for which the warrant is issued, including areference to the scheduled <strong>of</strong>fence that has been, or isbelieved to have been, committed;(b) whether entry is authorised to be made at any time <strong>of</strong> theday or night or during specified hours <strong>of</strong> the day or night;(c) a description <strong>of</strong> the kind <strong>of</strong> documents authorised to beseized; and(d) the date, not being later than 28 days after the day <strong>of</strong> issue<strong>of</strong> the warrant, upon which the warrant ceases to haveeffect.THE LAWS OF BARBADOSPrinted by tbc Government Printing Depaltm~t, Bay Street, St. Michael,by the authority <strong>of</strong> the Government <strong>of</strong> Barbados,
