59 L.R.O. <strong>2002</strong> <strong>Proceeds</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Crime</strong> CAP. 143s.67(6) The Court shall cancel the registration <strong>of</strong> an external forfeitureorder or an external confiscation order if it appears to the Court thatthe order has been satisfied.(7) In relation to an external forfeiture order or an externalconfiscation order registered under this section, sections 31 to 38 haveeffect, subject to such modifications as may be specified in the orderunder this section, as they have effect in relation to a forfeiture orderor a confiscation order.(8) An order under this section may include such provision(a)(b)as to evidence or pro<strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong> any matter for the purposes <strong>of</strong> thissection; andas to the circumstances in which proceedings are to be treatedfor those purposes as instituted or concluded in a designatedcountry,as the Attorney-General considers expedient.(9) An order varying or revoking a previous order under thissection may contain such incidental, consequential and transitionalprovisions as the Attorney-General considers expedient.(10) In the case where the Court is satisfied, on an application byor on behalf <strong>of</strong> the government <strong>of</strong> a designated country, thatproceedings which might result in an external forfeiture order or anexternal confiscation order being made against a person have beeninstituted in that country and have not been concluded, sections 31and 32 have effect in relation to those proceedings(a)(b)as they would have effect in relation to proceedings institutedin Barbados against that person for a scheduled <strong>of</strong>fence whichhave not been concluded; andas if references to a forfeiture order or a confiscation orderwere references to an external forfeiture order or an externalconfiscation order and references to an application by theDirector <strong>of</strong> Public Prosecutions were references to anapplication by or on behalf <strong>of</strong> that government; andTHE LAWS OF BARBADOSPrinted by the Government Printer, Bay Street, St. Michaelby the authority <strong>of</strong> the Government <strong>of</strong> Barbados
