Notwithstanding any provision in this or in any other law, theCourt may on an application by the Director <strong>of</strong> Public Prosecutionsorder the person in charge <strong>of</strong> any Government department or statutorybody to produce or furnish to the Director <strong>of</strong> Public Prosecutions orany other person specified in the order any document or informationwhich is in his possession or under his control or to which he mayreasonably have access (not being a document readily available to thepublic), which the Court considers relevant to any investigation into,or proceedings relating to, a scheduled <strong>of</strong>fence alleged or suspected tohave been committed by any person.PART IVOFFENCES61. to 64. Repealed by 1998-38.PART VMISCELLANEOUS65. (1) The Attorney-General may by order published in theOfficial Gazette amend the Schedule.(2) An order under subsection (1) shall be subject to affirmativeresolution.66.
