This is the general method forangular close and open types. Also, the linkmoves rotationally, resulting in the change inthe gripping power according to the locationof the jaw.(4) Crank Lever Type: This is the type in whichthere are more than 2 hinge points and therotational movement and linear movement takeplace interchangeable. Compared to the link levertype, the type is more precise, but minusculeamount of eccentricity could occur depending onthe precision of production.
