Antifoam protectionThe sirens are equipped with an opticalantifoam protection which is composedof an infrared <strong>LED</strong> transmitter and thecorresponding receiver.Electronic boardThe electronic board is built with SMT technology.It provides a series of dip-switches for the settingsof the sirens.The electronic components are protected by awatertight internal plastic cover.In order to facilitate installation and maintenance, theconnection between the siren and the control panel ismade through removable terminal block connectors.The horn, the tamper switch and the flashlight boardare connected to the electronic board using quickconnector plugs.<strong>LED</strong>Technology<strong>LED</strong> technology<strong>LED</strong> technology offers a series of advantages. In the first place, the high light efficiency reducessignificantly the consumption of the sirens. The high switching speed permits the creation ofextremely dynamic light effects. In conclusion, by virtue of their resistance to moisture andvibrations and their capacity of bearing an extremely great number of on/off switching, the <strong>LED</strong>guarantee longevity of the flashlight.
