Items foundbefore then are subject to removal without notice orreimbursement.It is unlawful to use any university utilities.TENTSTents with stakes shorter than 12-inches may be set upafter 4 p.m. on Fridays. Permits are required for anytent with stakes that are 12-inches or longer. Permitrequests are handled online at www.auburn.edu/tents or334-844-4619.Special permits are required for outdoor entertainmentevents with amplified sound. Permit requests mustbe submitted at least 14 days in advance and mustinclude a list of required information for the request tobe approved. Requests should be made to 334-844-4619. Agents may purchase tickets to athleticevents in the same manner as any other memberof the general public. In order to enforce thisprovision, guest lists will be reviewed by theCompliance Office. The institution shall not issueto a sports agent regular season or postseasongame credentials in any sport that provides theindividual with access to the sideline, lockerrooms, or any area where contact with studentathletesmay be possible (SEC Bylaw 12.3.1).PenaltiesOnce it is determined that a student-athlete(parent, guardian, or friends) has acceptedany benefit (e.g., meals, tickets, gifts, money,trips) from an agent, the student-athlete will bedeclared ineligible.Once a student-athlete has had contact (inperson) with an agent or agent intermediariesthat were not arranged by the university anyand all disciplinary action will be determined bythe Athletic Director.The appropriate player’s associations (e.g.NFLPA, NBAPA) will be informed of the agentallegedly involved and to what extent he orshe was involved in the violation.
