Existing Conditions for Drainage Area O6 Toni and Jamie Drive cul-de-sacToni and Jamie Drive are two streets in a neighborhood consisting ofsingle family residences. This drainage area has less than two acres ofimpervious surface. Catch basins direct runoff to a large detention pondlocated on the eastern edge of the drainage area. The pond overflows toa tributary that flows into Drainage Area O18.
