Women’sBasketballThe Auburn women’s basketball team traveled Down Under Aug.4-14, putting together a 3-1 record on its tour of Australia.Auburn lost to the Logan Thunder, 86-54, in the opener, butbounced back for an 81-71 win over the Cairns Dolphins. TheTigers downed the Sydney Flames, 67-58, and capped off the tripwith an 84-46 win over the Sutherland Sharks. Sophomore HasinaMuhammad led Auburn in scoring on the tour with 23.3 points pergame.
