They arealso celebrating their 40 th birthday!!CSSIW: New Self AssessmentForms, Regulations and NationalMinimum Standards.The new National Minimum Standardsfor Regulated Child Care and the newChildminding and Day care (Wales)Regulations 2010 came in to force inApril 2011. The ‘CSSIW SelfAssessment Form’ (SAF) has beenreplaced by two new forms - ‘AnnualData Collection’ (ADC) and ‘SelfAssessment of Service’ (SAS) form.These new forms are designed to makedocumentation more user friendly.Documents can be downloaded from theCSSIW website; www.cssiw.org.uk oryou can contact your inspector on 02920823417.
