Pers<strong>on</strong> (s) would be engaged for a fixed period and provid<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>g high qualityservices to the BPR&D and for attend<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>g to specific and time-bound jobs.Pr<str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g>essi<strong>on</strong>als with requisite qualificati<strong>on</strong>s and <str<strong>on</strong>g>retired</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>government</str<strong>on</strong>g> employees withrelevant experience as prescribed would be hired.2. The c<strong>on</strong>tractual appo<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>tment <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> pers<strong>on</strong>s would be <str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>itially for a period asmenti<strong>on</strong>ed <str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g> the advertisement and extensi<strong>on</strong> decided as per requirement <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> theBureau and merit <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> each case. The c<strong>on</strong>tractual appo<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>tment <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> C<strong>on</strong>sultants would be<strong>on</strong> full-time basis.3. The educati<strong>on</strong>al qualificati<strong>on</strong> and eligibility c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong>s are given <str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g> Annexure-I. The pers<strong>on</strong>s so appo<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>ted <strong>on</strong> c<strong>on</strong>tract basis shall not be entitled to any allowance.4. Maximum age for hold<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>g c<strong>on</strong>tractual appo<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>tment to the respective posts<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>BPR&D shallbe for <strong>on</strong>e year or atta<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g><str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>g the age <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> 65 years or till regular <str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>cumbentjo<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g> whichever is earlier.5. Drawl <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> pensi<strong>on</strong>:- A <str<strong>on</strong>g>retired</str<strong>on</strong>g> Government Official appo<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>ted shall c<strong>on</strong>t<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>ue todraw pensi<strong>on</strong> and the dearness relief <strong>on</strong> pensi<strong>on</strong> dur<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>g the period <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> his appo<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>tment<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g> BPR&D. The appo<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>tment will not be c<strong>on</strong>sidered as a case <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> re-employment.6. Pers<strong>on</strong> shall be eligible for 8 days <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> casual leave <str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g> a calendar year <strong>on</strong> proratabasis to be sancti<strong>on</strong>ed by the competent authority. Leave entitlement <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the appo<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>teeshall, however, be governed by the Central Government orders <str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g> this regard.7. A c<strong>on</strong>tractual appo<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>tee shall not draw any remunerati<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g> case <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> his/herabsence bey<strong>on</strong>d 8 days <str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g> Year (calculate <strong>on</strong> a pro-rata basis). Also un-availed leave<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g> a calendar year cannot be carried forward to next calendar year. The CompetentAuthority would be free to term<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>ate the services <str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g> case <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> absence <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> a pers<strong>on</strong> bymore than 15 days bey<strong>on</strong>d the entitled leave <str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g> a calendar year.8. No TA/DA shall be admissible for jo<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g><str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>g the appo<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>tment <strong>on</strong> c<strong>on</strong>tractualbasis.
