Individual Plans for both blocks are attached.2. There is no intention of amalgamating the allotments .There is a pedestrian walk thru to connect the blocks and not a drive thru as a motorvehicle would not be able to negotiate the 90 deg turns.The turning circles as indicated represent a MRV – Medium Rigid Vehicle which isconsidered to be the largest vehicle to visit the site . This vehicle is to the order of8.8 metres long and has load capacity of 8 tonne.Property owner Driveline Services specialise in repairs to gearboxes , transmissionsand general under-body work and mainly in the commercial, industrial and miningareas. The vehicle to be repaired is not transported to Driveline site , but merely theitem to be repaired e.g. gearbox. It is considered that an MRV is the most suitableservice vehicle.1. Attached amended drawings now indicate the rear 3.0 metre area isconcreted. The 3.0 metre setback has been maintained as the rear wall has rollershutters to establish cross ventilation thru the building and provided natural light .For fire reasons, openings cannot be closer than 3.0 metres to boundaries.
