The information requested is set out as follows:-1. Provision of amended layout as per 3 below;2. Demonstrate existing access locations for the following proposed lots: Lot 1, 2, 3, 4,and 5.Also Council as Assessment Manager, recommends that the following changes be made tothe application, the changes are set out as follows:-3. Remove Proposed Lot 6 from the Plan of Development so the proposal becomes a 6into 5 lot boundary re-alignment.Due to the steep gradient and dense vegetation on Proposed Lot 6 Council hasdetermined that the allotment would not be suitable for residential purposes. Furtherthere is not justification for approving the lot despite the non-compliance with theRural Zone Code i.e. there is no consolidation of GQAL or other overridingcommunity benefit.This is a Mackay Regional Council Digitally Signed Document


Council is satisfied with the alignments and reconfiguration requests for proposed lots1 to 5 and requests submission of amended plans showing these lots only.Pursuant to section 278 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, the applicant is requiredwithin six (6) months of this Information Request to give Council the following:a) all of the information requested; orb) part of the information requested together with a notice asking Council to proceed withthe assessment of the application; orc) a written notice –(i)(i)stating that it is not intended to supply any of the information requested; andasking Council to proceed with the assessment of the application.It should be noted that an information request will only be issued once.
