• Teaching all junior sailing racing classes, including, but not limited to:Optimists, Lasers, and X-boats.• Communicating and working with parents and junior sailors toencourage participation in regattas.• Providing coaching support for junior sailors attending regattas.• Potentially organizing and teaching short seminars for older clubsailors in Class C, MC, & Ynglings.As indicated, this is primarily a coaching position, and our goal is to allow you tofocus your time and energy in this area.Pay is negotiable and would be commensurate with sailing skills and teachingexperience.
