Amigos Go Funky“My husband Mick is instructor of AmigosLine Dance Club in Fareham, Hampshire”,Carol Storey told us. Mick and I with some ofour dance friends went to Funky Country JoConroy`s 40th Birthday Bash also celebratingthe 1970`s era. It was a really fun weekendwith Jo and her guest instructors Lizzie Clarke,Robert Lindsay, Karl-Harry Winson and CraigBennett. Robert had a surprise for Jo, he hadchoreographed a new dance in honour of Jo`sbirthday called Jo`s Cha Cha. Funky CountryJo is full of energy, always fun and makes timeto chat to everyone, a real star. It was a brilliantweekend, we were kept busy on the dance floorand to top it all the sun came out!”Rodeo WeekendDiane and Donna of Rodeo Girl LineDancing, would like to thank everyone formaking our ‘Easter theme’ weekend at ThePrince Of Wales Hotel, Southport such amemorable enjoyable time. The told us:“The snow fell to eight inches in Bradford/Leeds and still the coach got the dancersto a ‘snow free’ Southport! The weekendwent well and everyone thanked me for ourhard organising efforts. They described thehotel as superb, the staff excellent, the foodgreat and the rooms were modern, cleanand comfortable. So much so they are alldemanding another trip soon.
