LiteCubeLiteCube was developed specifically to answer the market requirement for a cost effective universal corner solution. The foundations of LiteCube are the innovativeNodeBlocks, which are high pressure die cast and sliced diagonally to make the assembly of a cube, a task of unparallelled speed and simplicity. These nodeblocks are joined by bespoke aluminium extrusion which gives the optimised balance of strength and weight. The system is available to suit either LitePro 290-4or LitePro 390-4 systems and is sold as a complete corner. Additional connection sets are available as individual items under seperate codes.NodeBlockNodeBlock is the key to the LiteCube system. Constructed from robust diecast aluminium and with a specific diagonal split design, the NodeBlockfacilitates the fastest, easiest possible assembly of LiteCube corners.Connector PackUsed for connecting a 4 chord truss to LiteCube.Product CodeWeightLC/ACP42.1kg289.9mm389.9mm289.9mm389.9mm289.9mm389.9mm239mm339mmLiteCube 290LiteCube 290 is designed specifically for use with the LitePro 290-4SDand LitePro 290-4HD trussing sytems, with the overall dimensionsbeing the same as the truss cross section, making the planning of therig layouts as simple as possible.LiteCube 390LiteCube 390 is designed specifically for use with the LitePro 390-4trussing sytem, with the overall dimensions being the same as thetruss cross section, making the planning of the rig layouts as simple aspossible.Product CodeLC290/4Weight10.4kgProduct CodeLC390/4Weight11.6kg12

LiteMastLiteMast has been conceived as the industry standard solution for the support of compact line array speakersystems. As relentless development continues in the PA market, it has been possible to create smallercabinets, in the form of line arrays, that maintain the big box sound of much larger rigs. This has aided themovement and assembly of such systems, and yet trussing towers have remained firmly in the dark ages.Until LiteMast that is!The subject of a clean sheet philosophy, Litestructures designers were not inhibited by old ideas ortechnologies when they sat down to create the ultimate PA tower. Gone are fiddly, cumbersome fabricatedcorners, replaced by the lightweight, high accuracy ProBase. Created from CNC profiled plate, this innovation reduces weight and allows ultra quick, one man rigging of a complete 7.5m PA mast. The integrated universal motor mount and folding leg connector finish off the package, meaning that thewhole unit can travel as one and can be erected in a matter of minutes. The final polish is added by theLitePro290 main truss system, which combines lightweight with structurally certified local capabilitiesof up to 625Kg, along with stability in winds up to 20m/s with out the requirement for additional ballast. In short, LiteMast is the clever, fast and thoroughly 21st century solution to PA suspension.

LiteMastMastheadDesigned to give the optimum strength and reliabilitywithout a weight penalty, this CNC machined masthead is common to both the LiteMast and LiteTowerrange. Pulleys can be supplied to suit up to 26mmwide chain with ø8mm.ProBaseIn a significant design innovation, ProBase isconstructed from aluminium plate which is cut usinga water jet profiling process, ensuring accuracy towithin microns. Thanks to this, ProBase is bothstronger and easier to assemble than traditionalfabricated mast bases.Integrated Motor MountThe lifting point is incorporated directly into theProBase, which eliminates the need to ‘float’ themotor and makes the one man rigging a reality. Theadjustable hook location makes this universal mountcompatible with all popular chain hoists.Fold and RollDrawing directly on feedback from experiencedrental companies, LiteMast is designed specificallyto be easy to transport. Rather than beingdisassembled, LiteMast can be folded down androlled directly in or out of application**Using optional castor kitDescription Truss Components ProBase Masthead Bracing Set Front Leg Screw JackLiteMast 4.5 Code: Code: Code: Code: Code: Code:LP4SD/S2000 LMPB MH5 LMB2 LML1 SJackQuantity: 4 Quantity: 1 Quantity: 1 Quantity: 1 Quantity: 2 Quantity: 5Connector Packs Code:LP4/ACPQuantity: 4LiteMast 7.5 Code: Code: Code: Code: Code: Code:LP4SD/S4000 LMPB MH5 LMB2 LML1 SJackQuantity: 3 Quantity: 1 Quantity: 1 Quantity: 1 Quantity: 2 Quantity: 5Code:LP4SD/S3000Quantity: 1Connector PacksCode:LP4/S3000Quantity: 1LiteMast 9.5HD Code: Code: Code: Code: Code: Code:LP4SD/S3000 LMPB MH10 LMB3 LML1 SJackQuantity: 3 Quantity: 1 Quantity: 1 Quantity: 1 Quantity: 2 Quantity: 5Code:LP4SD/S5000Quantity: 2Connector PacksCode:LP4/ACPQuantity: 517

LiteMastEasyRig FrameLiteMast has been designed to be the fastest mast on the market to rig and disassemble. This ease of use isfurther enhanced by the addition of the EasyRig frame, which facilitates the mast to be raised automaticallyusing any chain hoist attached to the ProBase. This removes the need for physical lifting, giving furtherbenefits in both cost and crew liability.Step 1Once the legs have been assembled and pinned tothe ProBase, the EasyRig frame can be mounted tothe rear of the LiteMast. With the entire assemblyweighing only 24kg, this simple task isaccomplished in minutes.Step 2The chosen lifting solution can be attached quicklyand easily to the ProBase, using the universal motormount. The chain or wire is then passed through thepulley on the EasyRig frame, and diverted back overthe Masthead onto its captive bracket.Step 3With the system rigged, it is a simple case of runningin the chain on the hoist to lift the mast directly intothe erected position. From here, the rear links arepinned and braces added before the chain isreleased and ready to suspend the required load.LiteMast is supplied as standard with ProBase and universal motor mounting point (please contact us to check compatibility with chosen chain hoist model).Listed below are product codes along with codes for a number of options to further enhance the standard LiteMast.Optional EquipmentDescription Product Code EasyRig Frame Code Hand Winch Code Castor Kit CodeLiteMast 4.5 LM45 LM/ER1 LM/W5 LM/CK1LiteMast 7.5 LM75 LM/ER1 LM/W5 LM/CK1LiteMast 7.5HD LM75HD LM/ER1 LM/W10 LM/CK1LiteMast 9.5HD LM95HD LM/ER1 LM/W10 LM/CK119
