ACKNOWLEDGMENTSThis study is the result of a collaborative effort by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the UnitedStates Agency for International Development (USAID) through the Basic Support forInstitutionalizing Child Survival (USAID/BASICS) Project. The study was coordinated by theCosting Task Team of the Ministry of Health (MOH) headed by Dr. Lo Veasnakiry under theoverall leadership of H.E.
