Should have passed B.E./B.Tech. Degree with minimum 55% marks (in case of gradesCGPA shall be minimum of 6.25 on 10 point scale). In case of SC/ST candidates, pass inB.E/B.TECH. with minimum marks of 50% shall be (in case of grade 5.75CGPA on 10point scale) eligible.2. The candidates who have appeared/appearing in final B.E./B.Tech. DEGREE can alsoapply. However, they shall be required to submit their mark sheet latest by 30 th Sept.2011failing which their admission shall stand cancelled.Annual fee of Rs.51,000.00 and college Caution Money of Rs.5, 000/- shall be applicable foradmission in any M.Tech. Programme. First semester fee shall be Rs. 31000/-(Rs.26000/- +Rs.5000/-). Fee for sub sequent semesters shall be Rs. 25000/-.SCHOLARSHIP (TEACHING ASSISTANTSHIP):-1. Candidates having valid GATE score shall be given preference and they shall beoffered Assistantship of Rs.7000/- per month. However, their case may be moved toMHRD for GATE scholarship. In case, if GATE scholarship is granted, the Assistantshipoffered by Engineering College Bikaner shall be discontinued.2. The Non-Gate candidates shall be offered consolidated Assistantship of Rs.6000/-per month.3. The number of Teaching Assistantships will be limited to maximum ten numbers ineach course.4. The candidates getting scholarship (assistantship) are required to render TeachingAssistantship in laboratory and tutorial classes as per rules which shall beassigned by the concerned departments.ADMISSION PROCEDURE:-1. In all M. Tech. programmes the admission shall be granted on the basis of validQualifying GATE score and in case the seat is available, the candidates nothaving GATE score shall also be offered admission as per Undergraduatemerit/performance in interview/written test.2. The reservation in M. Tech programme shall be as per State Govt.reservation policy.
