21 SWIMMERS NAMEDPSAC SCHOLAR AHTLETESMost in Any Sport at BUTwenty-one members of the BU swim team were namedPSAC Scholar Athletes for the 2010-2011 season. In all,a record tying 98 Bloomsburg University studentathleteswere named 2010-11 PSAC (Pennsylvania StateAthletic Conference) Scholar-Athletes. The figureties the mark that was set last year when 98 studentathletesearned the honor from the PSAC. To berecognized, a student-athlete must produce a minimum3.25 GPA during the school year. There he noticed a young girl whoshowed a lot of promise to whom he quickly became coachand mentor. Over time, he watched her mature into aNational YMCA qualfier. Keith moved on from Tri Hamptonbut remained close to the girl and her family. Last fall ToriHall ‘14 joined the team at BU and nobody was happierthan her former coach, Keith Torok. He was there to watchher first dual meet and had his “full circle moment”. Both BU Women’sSwimmng and BU Men’s Swimmng made the list. It continueda tradition fostered by former BU coaches DaveRider and RJ Wojtylak. Great job Huskies!
