<strong>MULTIPROP</strong>The light<strong>weight</strong> Slab Prop <strong>with</strong>patented profile and official construction licence<strong>MULTIPROP</strong> MP, the aluminium slabprop for use as individual prop, tableor shoring tower.The <strong>MULTIPROP</strong> post shores are madeof aluminium which mean they are verylight. The MP 350 can be extendedfrom 1.95 m to 3.50 m but weighs only19.70 kg.<strong>MULTIPROP</strong> post shores MP 250, 350,480 and 625 are officially approved bythe Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik inBerlin (No. Z-8.312-824).MP 6254.30 – 6.25 mThe same profile spacingal<strong>low</strong>s easy attachement ofthe frame to both the innerand outer tubes.MP 4802.60 – 4.80 mMP 3501.95 – 3.50 mMP 2501.45 – 2.50 m<strong>MULTIPROP</strong> 350 <strong>with</strong>MULTIFLEX slab formwork.<strong>MULTIPROP</strong> post shoresare type tested. The ingenious aluminium alloy sectionelastically <strong>with</strong>stands the impactcaused by a prop falling over. The shapeis ideal for the chosen material.Unlike steel props, the fullyextended <strong>MULTIPROP</strong> 480survived undamaged in testswhere it was al<strong>low</strong>ed to fallon a steel tube.The <strong>MULTIPROP</strong> post shore, braced<strong>with</strong> the <strong>MULTIPROP</strong> Frames MRK,carries a load up to 90 kN per leg.The <strong>MULTIPROP</strong> braced <strong>with</strong> frames isthe ideal component for slab tables orshoring towers.A hammer is all that isneeded to knock the wedgeinto the <strong>MULTIPROP</strong>frame’s coupling.<strong>MULTIPROP</strong> towers <strong>with</strong>working platforms asshoring system for anyheight.3


<strong>MULTIPROP</strong>The intelligent and cost-effective solutionHandling and useSite labour costs are an important factorin commercial success. Reducingthe number of props can dramaticallycut the cost of slab formwork. Of particularsignificance is the ease <strong>with</strong>which the prop can be handled andmaintained. Ease of operation gives anextremely cost-effective result.The ECC powder coating andself-cleaning thread preventconcrete adhering to the<strong>MULTIPROP</strong> body andmake it easy to handle.<strong>MULTIPROP</strong> 350 and SKYDECK slab formworkafter striking. Only 0.29 props/m 2 forslabs up to 40 cm deep.The <strong>MULTIPROP</strong> threadIt is self-cleaning and the free-runningcollar does not jam, even when dirty.The built-in measuring tapeIt al<strong>low</strong>s accurate pre-adjustment <strong>with</strong>outlaborious measurement and reducestime spent on final levelling.The free-running collarIt makes adjustment extremeley easy.The inner tube is released and extendedat a touch of the finger.The collar still runs freely evenwhen the thread is extremely dirty.Every <strong>MULTIPROP</strong> comes <strong>with</strong>a built-in measuring tape.36 mm of adjustment achieved<strong>with</strong> just one revolution (3 timesas much as conventional props).4

The<strong>MULTIPROP</strong> can be adjusted continuously<strong>with</strong>out having to insert pins,even when partially loaded.One man can handle the MP 350comfortably and safely.<strong>MULTIPROP</strong>s have safety stops. Thatmeans the inner tube can not slide outduring tranportation accidentally. Additionallythere is a rotary protection lug.Reducing costs and ensuring safetygo hand in hand.The principle of the free-running collarhas been compared <strong>with</strong> the pin systemof conventional props in work studies.Result:On average the <strong>MULTIPROP</strong> 350 canbe adjusted 25 % faster than the pinsystem.This is made possible by the largeadjustment of 36 mm per revolution.The <strong>MULTIPROP</strong>s adjusting collarcan be turned <strong>with</strong> a tie bar.5
