Personalized Cabinetry for Your Bath~We are a bath cabinetry specialist. All our facilities,equipment and efforts are dedicated to this growing area.We just completed our 32nd year. What started as atwo-person custom cabinet shop in January 1977 hasgrown into a substantial manufacturing operation.We focus on Customers. With great people focusing onproduct quality and customer needs, it is our customerswho benefit.We believe in our Team. Our facilities and equipment areimportant but it is our people that make the difference. Ouroperation is organized into self-directed work teams. Ourpeople have shared over 10,000 ideas for improvement inthe past 15 years.We are on a journey into Lean Manufacturing. OurJust-in-Time concepts from the 1980’s are helping us intoa Lean Operation as we apply lean principles to continuallyimprove our process.We depend on sound systems. Our informationsystems allow us to offer the mass customization thatwe call Personalized Cabinetry built-to-order in a twoweek production cycle. They also provide us with productpurchase trends and feedback from customers.We are a responsible steward of our environment.We have followed Just-in-Time and Lean Manufacturingpractices for over 20 years to reduce and eliminate waste.Listed below are some of the other ways we care for theenvironment:• Certified in Environmental Stewardship Programby the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturer’s Association(KCMA).• Compliant with California Air Resources Board(CARB) Phase I for formaldehyde emission.• We don’t use particleboard in any Woodproproducts.• Despite producing wood waste daily from machineoperations, Woodpro has not taken a load of woodwaste to the landfill in more than 12 years. Woodwaste is used by Woodpro to generate steam energythat heats Woodpro’s buildings and finish ovens.• We recycle finish solvents, cardboard and otherwastes.• We use lumber optimization technology to reducelumber waste.• We use inter-office e-mail and both sides of paper toreduce paper use.We place Safety and Product Quality First. Our oldgoals for production speed have all been replaced bygoals for making quality products (Do it right the first time)in a safe way.We are important to our community. We chose todevelop Woodpro Cabinetry in our hometown of Cabool,Missouri (in the heart of the Missouri Ozarks region).
