Handling of Late, Changed & Rush OrdersLate OrdersWe realize there are times when you may need a late orderoption. If it can reasonably be done and you are willing topay for the late charges as noted on the chart below, then wewill do our best to complete it on time. Our ability to completea late order in the same quick cycle as the on-time orderdepends more on the lateness of the order than anythingelse. We can’t bring the on-time orders back to the startinggate, but if reasonably possible, we will try to catch your orderup to the on-time orders. Decisions to accept late or changedorders are at the discretion of Woodpro.Changed or Cancelled OrdersOnce we schedule your order and you receive a confirmation,it is costly to make changes. Any change to the ordercomplicates our fast production cycle and can lead toproblems unless we “hand-carry” the changes throughout thesystem. Fees may apply to add anitem to the next cut-off (see below).Rush Orders Between Normal Ship CyclesIf you are on a scheduled, bi-weekly Woodpro Contract Carrier delivery route and have an order needed prior to your normalship cycle you can choose to have these rushed and put on the next available scheduled cut-off date and we will ship the ordervia LTL Common Carrier. BUT you will be responsible for paying the freight add-on charge for your zone as shown on Shippingpage.
