BILLING AND COLLECTIONThe Agency continued to enjoy a verysatisfactory collection performance in 2009, with a90% collection ratio as detailed in the table below:The stated ratios above consideredspecific WDs whose financial viability were severelyimpaired by system failure, marketing shortfalls,cessation of operations, and other operationalproblems that seriously affected their debt servicingcapability.Treasury DepartmentA.
