The program provides the opportunityfor students within the Asia Pacific region to study inAustralia.GrantsDr Stephen Black, Head Teacher of Adult FoundationEducation at Meadowbank College was successful forthe second successive year in securing NCVER fundingfor a research study titled ‘Adult Literacy and NumeracyDevelopment Partnership: Social Capital Approaches’. Thestudy is a collaboration between the <strong>Institute</strong> and CharlesDarwin and James Cook universities.
