SECTION I - INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORSA. EXAMINATION OF PROPOSAL DOCUMENTSThe City of Norwalk is requesting offers of qualifications for engineering design services forupcoming street rehabilitation projects. Only prequalified offerors will have an opportunity torespond to a future Request for Proposals for these design services.By submitting an offer, Offeror represents that it has thoroughly examined and become familiarwith the work required in this RFQ and that it is capable of performing quality work to achievethe objectives of the City of Norwalk Engineering Division.B. ADDENDAAny City of Norwalk changes to the requirements will be made by written addendum to thisRFQ. Any written addenda issued pertaining to this RFQ shall be incorporated into the termsand conditions of any resulting Agreement. The City of Norwalk will not be bound to anymodifications or deviations from the requirements set forth in this RFQ as the result of oralinstructions. Offerors shall acknowledge receipt of addenda in their offers. Failure toacknowledge receipt of all addenda may cause an offer to be deemed non-responsive.C.
